Expressing his irritation to EU farm ministers assembled for an Agriculture Council in Brussels upon Monday, he grumbled: "Mercosur has not as nevertheless guaranteed protection of the EU's Geographical Indications"--a [i]clavis[/i] objective for the EU in international trade talks.
