The European Parliament has formally adopted an EU bundle for 2004 which takes EU spending in succession agriculture past the 50 billion [euro] mark for the first time.



The European Parliament has formally adopted an EU bundle for 2004 which takes EU spending in succession agriculture past the 50 billion [euro] mark for the first time. The overall farm roll of 50.462bn [euro] has been swelled by the agency of the addition, as from May 1 2004 of ten recently made known member states.

However, the of the present day entrants will add only 24bn [euro] to the CAP packet next year, due largely to the fact that direct aid payments in these countries will not be imputed to the EU fiscal estimate until 2005, and that they will sole be operating under EU market support dominations ...
